Terms of use

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.
• One account per mobile number.

Bookings and payment

• The price shown before you confirm is the final price, including the platform service fee shown in the breakdown.
• An unpaid booking holds the dates for a limited time, then lapses automatically.
• When you pay, the platform holds the money and pays the host only after the stay or trip begins and receipt is confirmed.
• You can cancel from the app or the website before the stay or trip begins. Paid bookings are refunded after review by our team.

Host responsibilities

• Publish real, up-to-date details, photos and prices, and keep availability current.
• Complete identity verification when asked, and follow the laws and licences that apply to your business.
• Deliver the service as described to the guest who paid.

Acceptable use

• Don't share phone numbers or contact details in messages to deal off the platform.
• Don't post misleading, abusive or unlawful content, or fake reviews.
• Don't try to break into or abuse the platform, or harvest users' data.

We may hide content that breaks these rules or suspend the account responsible.

Liability

The platform is an intermediary between guest and host. We work to verify hosts and review listings, but the host is responsible for delivering the service. If something goes wrong with a paid booking, contact us and we will step in under these terms.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app or the website, once your ongoing bookings have ended or been cancelled.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
